Effects of LMP-420 and/or zidovudine (AZT) on HIV-1 replication. PBMC (106/ml) were infected with HIV-1Ba-L for 2 h, treated with LMP-420 and/or AZT at concentration indicated, and incubated under condition described in Methods. The supernatants were harvested and stored at -80°C for HIV-1 p24 determinations as described in Methods. Data represent the average ± SEM of thee experiments using 3 different donors.
