HIV and ART affect NK cell phenotypes. Proportions of CD56^Lo NK cells were reduced in HIV patients (A), with a small increase in CD56^Hi NK cells by V6 (B). Proportions of FcRγ⁻ NK cells were low at V0 with a trend towards recovery on ART (C, D). Proportions of NKG2C⁺ CD56^Lo cells were unchanged by HIV and ART (E), but HIV reduced expression of NKG2C on CD56^Hi NK cells (F).
