The bar graphs show the proportion of participants (%) who had hypercholesterolaemia, hypertriglyceridaemia and dysglycaemia in 42 participants with lopinavir below the median (fine checked bars) and in 42 participants with lopinavir concentrations equal to, or above the median (course checked bars). There was no association between the lopinavir concentrations above the median and the metabolic complications. The odds ratios for lopinavir above the median and the complications were: hypercholesterolaemia OR (95%CI): 0.49 (0.19 to 1.30); hypertriglyceridaemia OR (95%CI): 0.56 (0.29 to 1.33); dysglycaemia OR (95 CI): 0.63 (0.24 to 1.63).
