Groups A: antiretroviral-naïve patients, B: patients who restarted ART after a temporary dropping out or lost to follow-up, C: patients with virological failure to a preceding PI- or NNRTI-based regimen, and D: those with an undetectable viral load who simplified a PI-based regimen or had toxicity to a previous regimen based on PIs or NNRTIs.
