A calibration curve resulting from the logistic model presented in Table 2, which shows good calibration overall when applied to the training (solid diamonds, solid line) and validation (open circles, dash-dot line) sets, despite that those with a predicted probability between 0.21 and 0.37 the actual probability appears to be lower than predicted in the validation set. Vertical lines correspond to 95% confidence intervals for the corresponding quintile group.
