  7. The transcytosis inhibition is shown for the best doses of the candidate molecules, and is expressed as percentage of the average of three independent experiments. The range of detected HIV-1 p24 antigen for uninhibited transcytosis in negative control experimentation (without microbicide molecules) was 150-210 pg/ml.
