HIV-1Ba-L replication in PHA-stimulated human PBMC treated with indicated concentration of LMP-420. PBMC (106/ml) were infected with HIV-1Ba-L for 2 h, treated with LMP-420 at the concentration indicated and incubated under the conditions described in Methods. The supernatants were harvested and stored at -80°C for HIV-1 p24 determinations as described in Methods. Data represent the average ± SEM of thee experiments using 3 different donors.
