Statistical comparisons between HIV-positive and HIV-negative subjects were performed using a Mann Whitney test. Statistical comparisons between different stimulations of HIV-positive samples were performed using a Wilcoxon signed rank test. Values of p < 0.025 were considered statistically significant.
