Cell surface down regulation of CCR5 in XHR transduced Ghost-R5 cells. Ghost-R5 cells that constitutively express CCR5 were transduced with GFP-alone or XHR vectors. Cells were stained with PECy5-conjugated antibodies to CCR5 and analyzed by FACS 72 hours post-transduction. Levels of CCR5 in non-transduced cells are superimposed (unshaded areas).
