The median percentage of circulating CD8+ T cells expressing CD5 measured by flow cytometry is shown for each group by a horizontal line bisecting the data points with upper and lower horizontal lines in each group indicating interquartile range. Significant difference between the medians is indicated by the p value above the line spanning the data sets (Mann–Whitney test).
